Anna Vira Sullivan

Studio Owner, Anna Vira Sullivan has been teaching for nearly two decades and has trained in both Classical and Contemporary Pilates and yoga disciplines from Columbus, Ohio to Northern California. She combines her deep knowledge of the body, learned from a lifetime of dance, with her intuitive gifts to create sessions that are tailored for every body. She is known for her soft tone of voice and insightful vocabulary that offers students a space to relax their mind and drop deeper into their movement experience.

Anna is an experienced Certified Pilates Instructor through Pilates Sports Center of California, an Advanced Yoga Teacher E-RYT 500 YACEP Teacher Trainer through Jason Crandell Yoga as well a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach through Bauman College in Berkeley, California.

Anna is also an award winning dance artist and choreographer who has been creating work and performing professionally for over two decades. She has received grant funding and support for many of her dance projects over the years from private organizations such as the Zellerbach and Fleishhacker Foundations and ODC in San Francisco, as well as CA$H Grants, The Greater Columbus Arts Council (GCAC), and Ohio Arts Council. Her work has been presented at the New York International Fringe Festival three times, ODC San Francisco, Dance Mission Theater (San Francisco), Ohio University, and most recently at The Riffe Center with support from CAPA Columbus. In 2009 Anna won the GCAC Artistic Excellence Award of $10,000 for her dance production Anna and The Annadroids: Clone Zone. In 2014 Anna was awarded Choreographer of the Year from Bay Area Dance Watch.

Anna is the Artistic Director of Anna and The Annadroids, a dance and aerial troupe that has been consistently performing since 2005.

Ashley Justice (AJ) is deeply zealous about Pilates, having personally witnessed its profound impact on both the body and mind. It is not just a form of exercise to her; Pilates is a transformative journey that empowers individuals to discover their inner strength, achieve balance, and cultivate a sense of well-being like no other. This passion fuels her commitment to guide and support others on their own Pilates expeditions. Her Pilates voyage began in 2018. Upon stepping into the studio as a future student, AJ knew she would be diving unregretfully deep into this practice. Not only did she find her calling, but also what she refers to as the fountain of youth. While completing the rigorous comprehensive Power Pilates certification, she simultaneously rejuvenated herself. The art of Pilates alleviated twenty years of chronic nagging pain in her right shoulder.

Striving for inclusivity, AJ's greatest fundamental goal is to share her fresh perspective and deep appreciation for the metamorphic power of Pilates in a safe, judgment-free space. This practice has benefited those with absolutely no fitness background to professional athletes. Her current clientele ranges in fitness levels as well as ages from 16 to 76. Individuals are welcome to join her for a customized session tailored to their bodies. Allow her to unlock your full potential to live a healthier, more vibrant life and have some fun! Addie-Grace is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher and yoga educator with over 15 years of teaching experience, complemented by a degree in holistic health & wellness. Her dedication to yoga emanates through her adept facilitation of sensory-based movement experiences, serving as a form of medicine for the body, heart, mind, and soul. Through a seamless integration of her passion for yoga and wellness, Addie fosters an environment where the body flourishes from within. In her classes, workshops, and teacher training sessions, Addie tailors her approach to honor the uniqueness of each individual, fostering an atmosphere of authenticity and self-discovery. A class experience with Addie-Grace encapsulates liberating movements, heart-opening melodies, and soul-stirring imagery, leaving participants feeling thoroughly revitalized and rejuvenated on all levels.

Button Le Bouton (Certified Barre Intuit Instructor) was born and mover and groover and has danced most of her life. She is a creative and loves finding new ways to express herself through movement, performance, and the aerial arts. Button started dancing with Anna and The Annadroids in 2006 and continues to perform as a founding company member to this day. She teaches aerial arts at Aerotique and Studio Rouge and is very excited to be teaching Barre classes at Body Intuit. Her classes are fun, informative, and offer an amazing workout for everybody! When Button isn’t teaching, performing or making fun art projects she is cuddling with her cat babies.

Sarah Pfarr

Sarah Pfarr

Sarah Pfarr is a dedicated yogi and has been practicing for seven years. Her journey through the world of yoga has not only deepened her own understanding, but has also inspired her to share the transformative power of this ancient practice. The journey began in Chicago where she majored in Dance at Columbia, here is where she explored yoga and its many forms. She has a degree in Physical Therapy Assistant which has allowed her to widen her understanding of human anatomy. With this knowledge, she educates during her classes, allowing the participants to deepen their mind-body connection and prevent injury. She received her 200 hour YTT on a beautiful island, Amorgos Greece. Her practice is rooted from raja yoga, the deepest form of yoga. She lives, breathes, and practices Hatha yoga where the mind and body connect. She’s excited to share light and community while making connections that will last a lifetime.

Cayla Roberts

Cayla Roberts

Cayla Roberts earned her Bachelor or Fine Arts in Dance from Wright State University in 2014, after graduation she began her professional career in Fort Wayne Ballet before making the move to Chicago to pursue a life as a Chicago based dancer and choreographer. In Chicago Cayla had the opportunity to dance with The Chicago Honey Bears, Tapestry Dance, Project 606, Esoteric Dance Project and Trifecta Dance collective. Working with many different companies kept her busy and in constant performance. Along with performing Cayla has stayed consistent teaching contemporary and ballet dance while always adding things to her tool box. Cayla holds a certification in Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) and in 2019 some friends pulled her into her first aerial silks class at Aerial Dance Chicago where she began her aerial journey that continued into classes around Chicago and now Columbus. Cayla relocated to Columbus, Ohio in 2020 and has since earned her Aerial Yoga certification, Pilates mat certification and is working towards a yoga certification. Cayla is currently a full time teacher around Columbus as well as performer with Anna and the Annadroids.

Mallory Strope

Mallory Strope

Mallory Strope is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area where she received all of her dance training. She graduated from San Jose State University with a BFA in Dance with an emphasis in Jazz. As a dance teacher, she imparted her knowledge and artistry to aspiring dancers, nurturing their skills and fostering a love for dance. While residing in San Francisco she joined Anna and the Annadroids, and has been performing with the company since 2015. Mallory's passion for movement extended beyond traditional dance, leading her to embrace the fusion of dance and fitness as a Cardio Barre instructor for 7 months. This experience not only honed her technical skills but also introduced her to the transformative power of combining ballet with cardiovascular conditioning.

Expanding her expertise, Mallory transitioned into the realm of personal training, dedicating a year to sculpting bodies and inspiring clients to achieve their fitness goals. She moved to Columbus in 2018 to continue dancing with the Annadroids. Embracing new heights in her dance journey, Mallory ventured into aerial arts and became an Aerial Instructor. As a dancer, she pours the essence of her movement into both classes and choreography, sharing a heartfelt expression of her passion. Outside of dance and aerial, you'll often find her immersed in video games, surrounded by her furry companions.
